Dr. Janace Bubonia specializes in product development, branding, and performance of consumer related goods. She is the author of four books Apparel Production Terms and Processes; Developing and Branding the Fashion Merchandising Portfolio; Apparel Quality: A Guide to Evaluating Sewn Products; and Apparel Quality Lab Manual published by Fairchild Books a division of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. Dr. Bubonia utilizes her industry experience to enhance classroom instruction. She is a member of ASTM International, AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists & Colorists), ITAA (International Textile & Apparel Association), and Phi Upsilon Omicron. Dr. Bubonia's scholarly and creative interests include branding, product design and development, textile design, 2D photographic collage, painting, and hand tatted lace.
